1. What are the system requirements for the end-user?
At this point we require a Microsoft platform with Internet Explorer 6.0+. It is a web based application so all viewers using Internet Explorer can browse and use the application from anywhere they can access the internet.

2. What are the requirements for the back-end server?
Server needs to run IIS, Windows 2000-2003, SQL Server 2000 or 7.0 or MSDE. The server must also have an ASP to PDF plug-in installed.  A single license of this plug-in will be included with the purchase of the application.

SeatGEN can integrate with flat files (CSV, Excel, Access, etc) or any ODBC compliant database (SQL Server, Oracle, Banner, BlackBoard, etc.)

3. What kind of tech support would you provide?
We provide complete tech support either on a time & material basis for our standard rate of $130.00 per hour or 18% of the total original application price per year.

General information
Integration, if provided by Appointlink, usually takes about 4-6 hours. Some schools put it in place themselves and we are happy to assist. Customization work will be billed at a time & materials rate.

4. Can other info be added to web display of individual students?
Yes.  We can incorporate any info you hold or would like to gather on the student.

5. Can left web frame display of alpha list of students be organized by data other than name?
Yes.  We could organize by student ID, SSN, enrollment date or whatever information you store on the students.

6.  Is there a limit to the number of people who can use the application?
No. The application can be used by an unlimited number of users as specified in the software licensing agreement.

7. Are there multiple security levels?
It's up to you.  Typically, the application is hosted on an internal server within your organization – so you can control who has access the application – we typically use the standard IIS security features.
